Below are the terms and conditions to in-person or online workshops, courses and eBooks.

Terms and Conditions

In booking an in-person or online masterclass/workshop  with us, you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions which are as follows:

Booking:

Your place on the course will be secured on receipt of full payment.

You will receive a Zoom link 5 days prior the workshop on a Monday.

Please make sure to check your inbox , spam and junk folder. In the event you can not find the email with Zoom link please contact me by phone or email Friday before the workshop the latest to allow me time to resend the link. If you do not communicate by Friday I understand that you have the link to join the class.

Please do not contact me on Saturday morning, the day of the workshop. If you don’t have the link as I will be busy preparing the class and don’t have time to check emails and take phone calls.

IMPORTANT

The name on the booking must match the name in your camera otherwise you will not be admitted to the class nor refund will be proceeded .

Cancellation of bookings:

Regrettably, refunds cannot be given once payment has been made. This applies to deposits paid as well as full course payments. We recommend that you take out your own insurance in case you have to cancel through illness or unforeseen circumstances. We are unable to transfer your place to another date or course. You can arrange to transfer your place to another person who can attend the course instead of you in which case you need to advise Wapo Beauty of any change at least three days prior to the course date.

In good faith, Wapo Beauty can add your name to the waiting list and you can contact us 24hrs before the class to see if there is a last-minute available place. In order to do this please let me know if you would like to be included on the waiting list.

Cancellation of course:

Wapo Beauty reserves the right to cancel a course for whatever reason, which may be owing to insufficient numbers, the availability of staff or tutors, or other reasons beyond our control. In this event, however, your course fee will be refunded in full or you can transfer your booking to another course. Every endeavour will be made to inform you of this at least one week prior to the course. Wapo Beauty can accept no further liability for course cancellations beyond the course fee refund.

Alterations to the course:

Wapo Beauty reserves the right to make any alterations to the course if required. This may include the date, time, tutor, venue or content.

Under 18s:

Must be accompanied by an adult who takes full responsibility for them. Price is the same for adults and under 18s.

All materials provided during the course are © Wapo Beauty. There are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, shared or archived in whole or in part without prior permission from Wapo Beauty. Participants agree not to use any materials provided for commercial purposes.

Behaviour:

Participants agree to follow all instructions carefully and behave in a responsible manner during the course. Wapo Beauty reserves the right to remove you from the course without refund if you behave in an irresponsible way or fail to follow instructions.

Aprons:

We recommend that participants bring and wear aprons when attending our in-person workshops and courses to protect their clothing. Wapo Beauty does not accept responsibility for damage to clothing or property.

Allergies/ Medical Conditions:

Please inform us at least 2 weeks in advance of a course if you have any allergies or medical conditions that we need to be aware of. We can then give appropriate advice about any ingredients or essential oils to avoid using. It is the participants’ responsibility to make tutors aware of any conditions and to seek professional medical advice, if appropriate, before attending a course.

Photography:

Photographs may be taken by us on a course and used on our website, social media or newsletters. If you wish for your photograph not to be used you must inform us before the course begins.

Professional advice should be sought where appropriate.

Video recording:

Strictly not allowed in an in-person or online  class

WapoBeauty does not accept responsibility for any accidents or misuse of training carried out by any clients whilst on a course or used once they are in any home /office /work / public place /area or arena. Clients carry out their training with our organisation at their own risk.

By booking a course or workshop, the customer agrees to take full personal responsibility for any accident/injury that may be sustained whilst attending the course/workshop, waiving any liability whatsoever from WapoBeauty and indemnifying WapoBeauty against any and all losses that may result from any legal action that may follow any accident or injury sustained whilst attending a workshop. Acceptance of the training by the client indicates acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

Products and recipes/formulas provided in classes are for personal use or as gifts only– not for commercial use.  These classes or formulas pack or any portion thereof may not be shared or reproduced or used in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of the author. Skincare formulas have not been safety tested in the laboratory. There are only skincare projects draft formulas offered for you to experiment and find inspiration.
