  1. I am bit confused with products you buy in the stores which are called hand cream but they are oily and look yellow/beige ? not white . What type of product are those?

    1. yeah the terms are often used in the wrong way , not necessarily following the technical type of product. People call “cream” to anything that it is thick that is applied to the skin. The best way to identify what category of product is reading the INCI label on the back . If the list starts with: Aqua (water) you know that it is an emulsion straight away. If it doesn’t and instead starts with an oil it is definitely and anhydrous (oil based) balm product
