Decided to take advantage and fully enjoy this unusual, extra-hot Irish afternoon. Made a homemade pizza – only to accompany a chilled gorgeous Corona that went in but also went over my head as I remembered that beer is good to give volume and shine to your hair! In the garden with Sofia watching how she dances the great music that Paul (her daddy) is playing at Shannonside FM radio in Longford.
Yes, a perfect afternoon… and trying to balance work and family life… Sofia and I will never forget this gorgeous warmest day I have ever experienced in Ireland in my 5 years living here! It is like having a piece of Spain right here without taking a plane… in bare feet !

Okay, so here’s the secret of bright and shiny hair:
Step 1: Go to your fridge:
Step 2: Take out some beer:
Step 3: Go to the bathroom and wash your hair with the beer…
Step 4: …and then rinse it.
Now your hair is nice and shiny… And with plenty of volume too! BTW, the above trick only works if you have beer in your fridge 🙂
Oh, I just remembered one thing… My hair is fair so I only use pale beer on it… I know Guinness is sooo Irish but I’m not putting it on my hair 🙂 Now, what are you all still doing here? Go enjoy the Irish hot summer! Just don’t forget to protect your skin from the sun…
